FancyBox vs TwitterBootstrap modal?

In a recent project, FancyBox introduced the project, and overall, he is pleased with it. Friend recommended. I look at the jQuery modular plugin as part of the Twitter Bootstrap framework. Has anyone used this plugin and can comment? Any pros, cons?
