How to create a "view" in MySQL to get the results I'm looking for?

I was able to create a view from some of the data in my MySQL database, as shown below:

Creating this view was a problem, but it is described below that I have problems with navigation:

I also need to add a team in which each player is in this view. Since getting a team name to match requires joining four tables, I am having problems joining things together. I managed to create a separate request that matches the players teams below:

    -> join teamAllocation on person.personID = teamAllocation.playerID
