Recover Deleted Files in Aptana Studio 3?

Question

I just accidentally deleted some files in Aptana Studio 3, and, to my surprise, they are not in the trash!

These are files that I really would not want to play, so does anyone know if there is a way to get them?

I am running a deleted file recovery program, but I do not expect this to help.

By default, Aptana Studio saves the history for up to 7 days if the file is within the project.

Right-click the folder in which the file was located, and select "Restore from local history."
