Well, this question may seem "silly" to all the "experts" here at StackOverflow, but "PHP vs Java, which has better performance / uses fewer resources," is really the right question and this question has never been answered.
Honestly, this is even an important question in many large Internet companies AND NO GOOD ANSWERS TO THIS ON THE WHOLE WIDE. If every young developer gets a serious answer to this question, then the world would be a better place.
