MVC - dictionary requires a model element of type "System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable`1

I just started making MVC 4 and I enjoyed it quite a bit, but I have problems when I try to get my database (just NAME and EMAIL records) to show all my records in index view. I get the following error:

The model element passed to the dictionary is of the type "System.Collections.Generic.List 1[MobileWebFormver2.Models.WebForm1]', but this dictionary requires a model item of type 'System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable1 [MobileWebFormver2.Models.User]".

I managed to connect the program to the database, but I'm pretty stuck here. I was wondering if I could help. Here is my code:
