Is there a way to catch ctrl-c and ask the user to confirm?

Powershell scripts can be easily completed by the user by pressing ctrl-c. Is there a way for a Powershell script to catch ctrl-c and ask the user to confirm if he really wanted to abort the script?

If you don't want to use the MessageBox GUI for confirmation, you can use Read-Host or $ Host.UI.RawUI.ReadKey () instead, as David showed in his answer.
