Can I kill the .NET 4.0 Task object using some method, as we could, with the old and dangerous Thread.Abort () , as discussed in the SO thread (pun and save kittens!)

The class is Taskdesigned and designed to use the new .NET 4 cooperative revocation model, rather than relying on a destructive "undo" undo style.
