ARM gentoo crossdev with uclibc: requires OABI, not EABI

Can someone help with my problem of binding ARM + GCC + UCLIBC to crossdev?

Recently, I was assigned a project in which executable files were created using the old GCC with OABI. As a starting point, the header here outputs the executable from the readelf file, which works very well on the system:
