Tag work items in TFS 2010

Are there any known ways to tag work items in TFS 2010? What type of field do I need to add, where the user can select different tags for the work item from the list of recommended tags and enter new tags for this list?

There is no tag support that you know and love it from other products like Stack Overflow. He's high on our wish list, though ...

The ability to mark work items is available in TFS 2013.

Someone suggested a single text box with keywords separated by spaces. This, of course, is not as good as the built-in tag support, but it can do it. I am also looking for the best solution. I wonder if there is anything new in this area in TFS 2012?
