Location of physical data in the cloud

we are launching the SaaS solution and we need to know the geographic location of the data warehouse and ensure that the supplier will not store data in a limited country.

Is this possible for any cloud provider like Amazon, IBM or Azure? Do you have any experience? thank

The Windows Azure Control Center lists the locations of all data centers on the Privacy page :

  • Asia: East (Hong Kong) and Southeast (Singapore)
  • Europe: Northern (Ireland) and West (Netherlands)
  • USA: North Central (Illinois), South Central (Texas), East (Virginia) and West (California).
