Google Chrome downloader and installer

I am looking for an installer solution that is used for Google Chrome:

When you click Download, you are not actually downloading the installer, but a very small Downloader, which then downloads the Chrome installer and launches it later.

I know that Sweet Labs is developing Ignite , but it is still in a closed beta.

Are there any similar solutions that are ready to use?

All of these are free solutions, with the exception of AdvancedInstaller. It also has a free version, but cannot be used to create this type of package; for this you need at least a professional publication.
