Can I get a link to my application before publishing it on the Apple App Store?

Can I get a link to my application (to open it directly from the device) before publishing it to the Appstore? I want to make the "Rate this application" button in my application.

It's easy on Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=air.com.mycompany.myapp) or Amazon AppStore, but how do I do this for the Apple AppStore?

Yes you can log in

itunesconnect.apple.com

select your application, there is a link View in App Store This button will give you an appstore link, even if the application is still not there.
