There is no right answer to this. For those who have been developing with Xcode for 2-3 years, the old software path is more efficient, and storyboards feel alien. This is the situation in which I personally. For those who are just starting to develop Xcode or iOS today, storyboards are likely to make more sense and become a shorter learning curve. I can quickly do my job by avoiding storyboards , but that's because I'm too out of date. Do everything that βfeels rightβ for you, and adapt as the IDE develops.
