How to run sqlite-manager (firefox add-on) directly without starting firefox first?

I recently switched to Chrome from my old favorite Firefox for browsing, but I often use SQLite Manager. Just trying to figure out if I can avoid opening and closing the empty firefox windshield every time I use the sqlite manager. Do not think Chrome has this extension. It?
