Screenshot of Xcode EAGLContext

Possible duplicate:
How to get UIImage from EAGLView?

So I'm just wondering if anyone knows what to save in EAGLContext as UIImage.

I am currently using:

UIGraphicsBeginImageContext(CGSizeMake(768, 1024));
[self.layer renderInContext:UIGraphicsGetCurrentContext()];
UIImage *viewImage = UIGraphicsGetImageFromCurrentImageContext();
UIGraphicsEndImageContext();

in other applications that I have, and this works fine, but obviously EAGLContext does not have a .layer property. I tried casting in UIView, but this - not surprisingly - does not work:

UIView *newView = [[UIView alloc] init];
newView = (UIView *)context;

I am drawing an EAGLContext property on a UIView (technically an EAGLContext in a UIView on a different UIView on the view controller, but I suppose this should not change) using OpenGLES 1.

If anyone knows about this, even if it's just that I completely bark an impossible tree, please let me know!

Matt
