Force column size to the smallest possible

I have a table with information in it and an icon in the last column that performs the function. I was wondering if this column can be made as small as possible (i.e. width, like an icon). Currently, it has a fair bit in white space that I cannot get rid of. I tried to set the tp width to 1% and 1px. How to make it less?

Your table width is set to 100%, no? Try adding another column after the icon column with empty cells and see if the extra width is moving away from it.
