Recording video from a webcam using jquery / flash directly in a browser?

I want users to record video through a webcam, and then upload the recorded video to the site through a browser.

Here is an example that works exactly the way I want my site to work, except that it doesn’t capture video, just images.

Please let me know if there is a way that I can configure, or if there is anything else that I can use.

I want something autonomous and I don’t want to rely on another service to do this.
