Best way to extend your iOS app to testers?

We are enrolled in the regular iOS developer program and are eligible for 100 UDIDS. We use them for testing and special internal distribution. Soon we will run out of UDID, so what's the best option for us? Should we join the corporate iOS developer program? Can we use it to regularly distribute the app store (as part of the regular program for iOS developers) and the internal distribution?

Also, is there an easy way to deliver these private builds without iTunes? OTA possible?

Have you tried Testflight ? He will definitely be able to help with your beta testing efforts.

If you really want to go on a corporate program:

You need to purchase an additional corporate program. You can use the corporate program for testing on unlimited devices and the developer program for publishing in the application store. You cannot send applications to the application store using an enterprise account.
