GMX "Text Pattern Profiler" blocks transactional letters in English

My web application sends transactional letters to its users (for example, “You received a payment”, “Please activate your account”, “Your article has been sold”). GMX users regularly report that these emails are marked as SPAM due to "Text Template Profiles". I can reproduce the problem with my account, but only emails in English are affected, German emails from my web application are delivered without problems.

So, I’m sure that the problem should be the problem (since the "Text Pattern Profiler" already exists :)), but I don’t know how to solve it. Is there anything I can do?

I contacted GMX support about this after reading this question. I asked for one of the following two things:

  • A link to some tips / recommendations for senders that I could recommend
  • A tool to help check emails against your text template profiler

They replied that they could not help, because this information is proprietary. If I were you, I would recommend that your users leave GMX.

GMX answer:

Dear GMX customer,

Our sincere apologies for our delayed reply. We thank you for and hopefully respond to this with satisfaction.
