Member Name Resolution at Run Time

Given the type, name, and signature, how can I search for a member of a member with a name name and signature using the C # rules in 7.4 (7.4 is the chapter number from the C # Language Specification) (or at least some of them ... Say I can live with an exact match, without conversions / translations) at runtime ? I need to get MethodInfo/ PropertyInfo/ ... because then I have to use it with reflection (more precisely, I'm trying to build a builder Expression.ForEach(factory able to create an Expression Tree representing an operator foreach), and to be perfect with C # foreach, I should be able to execute duck print and look for the method GetEnumerator(in the collection), a Currentand the method MoveNext(in the enumerator), as specified in 8.8.4)
