Getting Visual Studio Debugging to Work with Parallels

I have a Windows 7 machine configured on Paralells.
Everything is working fine. You can access the Internet from IE or other browsers on my Parallels.

However, when I try to debug a web application in Visual Studio 2010 (for example, by pressing F5), my default browser on OSX starts up, which is fine with localhost: 4243 (or any other Cassini port allocated on my vm)

Naturally, this does not find anything ...

What do I need to do either with my vm parallels or with OSX settings for debugging? those. is my mac talking to vm?
