So, how can I see magazines in jelly Bean?

I used the Log Collector application to view system logs. He will send them to my email address or via Bluetooth,

However, on Bean Jelly, the permission to “read the log” for applications no longer exists, and applications cannot read logs, and Log Collector is obviously no exception.

So, does the root device now need to look at the system logs? There must be a way for the user to read them. I do not need to access them from the application, I need to read them as a person. Is there any way?
