Deleting files via SFTP / SSH is no different from running rmon a * NIX machine or SHIFT+DELETEon Windows. There is no such thing as trash for recycling SFTP / SSH (as far as I know). If you deleted a deleted file, then it went to all its goals and objectives - to recover a file, most likely, you will need special software to recover files.
