Rails generate rspec: install returns 'Could not find addressable-2.2.8 in any of the sources'

I am currently viewing Michael Hartle's Ruby on Rails tutorial, chapter 3 ( http://ruby.railstutorial.org/chapters/static-pages#top ), and I get after running the following command:

rails generate rspec:install

This is the error I get:

Could not find addressable-2.2.8 in any of the sources
Run 'bundle install' to install missing gems.

If I restart the 'bundle install', this is what I get for output:

Your bundle is complete! Use `bundle show [gemname]` to see where a bundled gem is installed.

I can see the path "addressable-2.2.8" if I type "bundle show addressable".

Here is what my gemfile looks like:

source 'https://rubygems.org'

gem 'rails', '3.2.3'

group :development, :test do
gem 'sqlite3', '1.3.5'
gem 'rspec-rails', '2.10.0'
gem 'addressable', '2.2.8'
end

# Gems used only for assets and not required
# in production environments by default.
group :assets do
    gem 'sass-rails', '3.2.4'
gem 'coffee-rails', '3.2.2'
gem 'uglifier', '1.2.3'
end

gem 'jquery-rails', '2.0.0'

group :test do
gem 'capybara', '1.1.2'
end

group :production do
gem 'pg', '0.12.2'
end

This may help to know that I am using rbenv, rails 3.2.3 and ruby 1.9.3p194.
