JQuery validation form with a TinyMCE field that does not give an error with a null value

I have the following jQuery script check with TinyMCE editor: http://www.zinomen.com/test/validate.html

By the first and last name you get an error message when the fields are empty, but no errors appear in the message field.

I am using the following code:

The value of the tinyMCE field with which you get: tinyMCE.get('message').getContent();and in the form you have<textarea id="message" name="message"></textarea>

Can someone help me to get an empty message field, also a jquery confirmation error?
