Web service error that occurred several times

On several machines (with Asp.net 1 and 2), we saw the following error with a random file name (with extension .dll) created every time we try to make a web service call.

In the past, we had to reinstall asp.netand seem to have fixed it.

However, once we tried to get the command line, and the windows returned with an error regarding low resources. Perhaps restarting the server fixed this problem.

Any ideas what causes this error?
