Full Text Search in CRM 2011

I did some research in different areas of Dynamics CRM 2011, and I came across the Articles entity. Looking around, I noticed a search tab on the ribbon where you can configure many different article searches, including full-text search. It embarrassed me a bit, because I was always told that we can’t use it in CRM 2011, but seeing this, it surprises me.

So can this be used in CRM 2011, or is it just a special function for this single object?
