Is there PNG transparency support for popular email clients?
Here is a list of the main email clients I plan to support:
Web Interface *
Software based
- Outlook 2007/2010
- Windows Mail
- Mac OSX Mail
- Thunderbird
Mobile
- IOS device mail
- Android Device Mail
* It is browser based, so no need to worry about it
From the research I did, everything seems (on mobile devices not listed, but I checked my phones) supports PNG ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_email_clients#Messages_features ), but I'm not sure if they support they are transparency. Anyone have a good idea about this?
