Drag the image to adjust the position as in the facebook thumbnail profile image

On facebook, the thumbnail will not contain part of the full image, and we can move it so that we can select a thumbnail to fit the preferred position, how to do this using web technology.

You can try something like this jquery plugin . It is not identical to Facebook, but provides controlled processing capabilities.
