I cannot learn how to create a "secret word" on the "Merchant Tools" page on moneybookers

I want to integrate moneybookers api into my website.

I created an account on moneybookers.

To integrate the moneybookers API, I need a secret word in Merchant tools.

But where is the "Merchant Tools" and where is the "secret word"?
