SMS Queue Processing for SMS Failure

I am developing an application that performs an action:

  • Receive SMS
  • SMS sending
  • Performing some computational tasks for the sender.

Is it possible that the SMS could not be sent. Can someone tell me how to manage the queue of unsuccessfully sent SMS messages and continue to retry sending them after a while.

I saw the code, but I don’t know how to process SMS queues and resend them.
