In the application descriptions in the section API-> Activity and Errors there are sections related to: "Api-regulation" and "API failure warnings". But I cannot find documentation about what these sections mean and how to interpret them anywhere.
- What are the times shown next to each section? that is Api Regulation x minutes?
- What is this "budget fraction"? And why% never add up? -R
