Convert .html file to image

I am looking for any utility that will accurately convert a .html file to an image format - preferred png or jpeg. I have Googled for hours and downloaded a dozen free samples, but it does nothing of the kind. Adobe Acrobat Pro almost worked, but she decided to compress the table cells so that it fits on the page, rather than reducing the whole table.

Any advice is appreciated.

Sincerely.

I am using wkhtmltoimage.

This is a quick command line tool that uses the webkit library to render any website. There are two versions for generating PDF files and one for generating images.

wkhtmltoimage works with Windows, Linux, and Mac.

If you need a command line program, try IECapt . It uses the Internet Explorer rendering engine. There is also a cross platform utility called CutyCapt - which I have not tried yet. One note in the IECapt file parameter: it worked only by specifying the full path to the file. It seems that relative paths are not recognized. Quotations on the way are allowed as follows:--file:"C:\....."
