Gallery images with url in android?

I would like to create an image gallery that will receive images from a URL .. this is my code, but it does not work ...

The error is that I cannot use imageView.setImageResource (imageIDs [position]); for strings ... anthill, please?

You need to decode the image from the link, for example,

URL url = new URL("load your URL");
Bitmap bmp = BitmapFactory.decodeStream(url.openConnection().getInputStream());
img_downloaded.setImageBitmap(bmp);
