Javascript library for games / achievements for mobile devices

To get rid of the reinvention of the wheel, I was wondering if anyone knew of any (preferably) open source open source or "gamification," frameworks or libraries?

To clarify, I'm looking for something that will list the achievements that I will indicate and have an API where I can tell which ones were completed by the user. They will then be shown with a filled icon. Thus, basically, as a system for reaching gaming centers.

EDIT: My main goal is for mobile platforms.

Google brought nothing useful.

Any of the following technologies will be fine: javascript, html, canvas.
