Google Play Content Policy

I just received an email from Google stating that one of my applications violates the terms of the developer, and I have 7 days. Here is what they say:

REASON FOR WARNING: Violation of the provisions for spam Content Policy.

  • Do not post duplicate content.
  • Product descriptions should not be misleading or load keywords in an attempt to manipulate ranking or relevance in save search results.

Your application will be deleted if you do not change the description of your applications, so that within 7 days after the release of this notification.

As far as I can understand why they think that the description of the application is loaded with keywords, I seriously don’t know what it means "Do not report duplicate content." Does this mean that there are applications on the market like this? Mine was the first, most innovative and most popular in its category. Or maybe because something is repeated in the description (well, it’s not)?

So, the question is, what is the issue in content policy? I seriously hate Google for not having customer support. There is no one to contact for details.
