Is there an Android device with a resolution of 640x960?

I am not sure if this is the best place for this question, if you do not call me right!

I am scaling my application for multiple permissions and I came across these two pages

Look at Scren. Dimensions and density , the graph shows that 17% of the devices are normal / xhdpi, and also here , table 3 says that normal / xhdpi is 640x960.

I know this is an Iphone permission, google and gsmarena search is done, and I can only find the iPhone and some Android devices that are not yet released.

So my question is, among tablets and phones already on the market, is there any Android device with this resolution? If not, why is this permission in this table?

Thank!

EDIT

So, according to the answers there are no devices with this resolution, but if there are no Android devices with that resolution, which ones fit those 17% with normal size and xhdpi? Why is this even on the chart?

Normal / xhdpi is a bucket that includes the Galaxy Nexus and all other phones with a normal size of 720p (1280x720). 720p has become a popular solution for high-end Android phones, so you see 17% in this bucket. The above resolution of 960x640 is the minimum resolution, which should be considered as xhdpi with a normal-sized screen. This does not necessarily mean that there are phones with this resolution.
