In Windows 8, the messaging center provides a single mechanism for sending messages through the Windows Live Messenger and Facebook protocols.
Are there any extensions to add additional protocols / accounts outside of these parameters so that you can connect your own chat protocol?
I would like to create a Steam Chat extension, if possible, but I need a suitable point to expand the first time.
