Osx lion never stays in sleep mode

Since I upgraded to OSX Lion, I had a strange problem. I used to never close my Mac, I just put it into sleep / hibernate mode.

But since the update is for Lion, the Mac only launches at random times. Day and night I hear the sound of a CD-Drive when it wakes up. The screen does not even light up, it remains black, but as soon as you press any key, the monitor simply turns on.

This is really annoying, as it sometimes wakes you up at night when you boot the MAC. I have not found a similar problem yet.

Thanks Sebastian
