Together with WinMerge and WinDiff from the latest SDK, I also have SourceGear free DiffMerge.

I use WinMerge (which hasn’t changed in any way - don’t ignore the blank lines that make errors) the most, especially its ability to open two blank editable pages, and you can insert anything, for example, from Remote Desktop on a computer that doesn’t have visual differences, and differences are automatically (or manually, if you wish) updated.
