Technology for an application such as teamviewer on Android

I am worried about which technologies were / should be used in an application such as teamviewer. I am thinking of an Android application that can automatically record any activity on the screen of an Android device, and then provide streaming video to a PC application to view this screen in real time.

Can anyone give me some advice?
