Sending image using php cURL

Hi, I need to send an image using PHP cURL, tried to do it like this:

But that will not work. Of course, I tried to make a regular POST request using this code, and it works fine only when I try to send an image, it does not work.

I grabbed the headers via LIVE HTTP HEADERS and looks like this: tez are the correct headers that I grabbed using mozilla with the addon, so cURL shoud does the same:

Is there something wrong or what? The web page on which im is trying to send the image returns the message "The file name cannot be empty!" Also tried to add; filename = "something.jpg" and; type = "image / jpeg" after '@ / home / me / images / something.jpg'
