How to find unnecessary JARS in my Java projects

How to find unnecessary JARS in my Java projects. I take on a number of java projects that have a lot of JARs, and I have the feeling that they don't need me. Can someone tell me if you know any quick tricks to find out which JAR projects are needed or not needed.
