How to export my maven project to eclipse to a war file

I used Eclipse for a while to write web projects in sources, but I just started looking at maven too. I made a good example web project with maven in eclipse, but if I right-click on the project, I can no longer export it to a WAR file. How can I make my war file on the server? I need to put something in my pom.xml.

Please help me .... my pom.xml looks like this:

Use maven plugins maven-compiler-plugin, maven-war-plugin, ex:
