Windows Azure in other countries

I am from Lebanon and I want to sign up for Windows Azure for free (or I want to buy). The problem is that my country is not listed, so I can’t get a verification code through my phone number, and I don’t know if my credit card will be accepted.

Any suggestions?

Currently, Windows Azure is only available in the following countries: Australia, Austria, Algeria, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Venezuela, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus India, Indonesia, Jordan, Israel , Jordan, Yemen, Canada, Cyprus, Cuba, Kuwait, Côte d'Ivoire, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Spain, El Salvador, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia (FYR), Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Montenegro, Morocco , Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, United States of America, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Finland,France and Sweden.
