I was looking for the answer to this question here, but could not find anything. I used to have a problem with the GM version of xcode and would like to know what this procedure is. I have installed Xcode 4.4.1 from the app store and I would like to install 4.5 GM. The only way to install both installed on the machine and its ability to update? Does it make sense to uninstall 4.4.1 and install the GM version, or just wait a week, and xcode will automatically update.
I just don’t want to install this and then reinstall when the version of the application store comes out, because updates will be installed through the application store.
