Java (web service - SOAP). How to add client side SOAP handler and enable MTOM?

I have the following problem:

SOAPBinding binding = (SOAPBinding)((BindingProvider)port).getBinding();
binding.setMTOMEnabled(true);

List<Handler> handlerChain = new ArrayList<Handler>();
handlerChain.addAll(binding.getHandlerChain());
handlerChain.add(new MyHandlerSecurity("admin", "admin"));
binding.setHandlerChain(handlerChain);

SoapHeader is correct with this code, but the attachment is always base64 inline text.

//List<Handler> handlerChain = new ArrayList<Handler>();
//handlerChain.addAll(binding.getHandlerChain());
//handlerChain.add(new MyHandlerSecurity("admin", "admin"));
//binding.setHandlerChain(handlerChain);

When handlerChain is commented out, you will see the attachment as an xop link, but there is no SoapHeader and therefore the client is not authenticated ...

I'm not sure if I got the question correctly, but I think I had the same problem a couple of months ago, so here is my solution:
