"Methodical" worksheets "of the object" _global "failed" error on each run

I wrote a VBA Sub (below), which should open all the .docx and / or .xlsx files in the given directory, perform the find / replace operation, and then overwrite the original files with new ones. This works as intended every time it runs for the file. xlsx, and throws the error "Sheets of the method" of the object "_Global" "failed" every time. This is my first attempt at programming in VBA, so it’s probably a very simple answer that I just don’t see. It is broken into a line of code: "For i = 1 for oWB.Sheets.Count"
