How can I change the shortcut for the Chrome browser?

I am using the Chrome developer tool. When I work Everytime, I press F12 to open the tool for creating chrome. The second f12 will close.

I know that it works correctly, but I want to change it. I need to change the Chrome keyboard shortcut to make work work as a key shortcut.

How can I change the f12 keys.
