WebMatrix Razor Pages and Global Operators

How to configure global operations for all my .cshtml pages in the context of WebMatrix Razor (and not ASP.NET MVC Razor)?

So instead of putting @using System.Web.Optimizationon top of each .cshtml file where I need to include @Scripts.Render(), I would put it in one place.

For webmatrix, use the following configuration in web.config configuartion
